Each style is available in a curated selection of colours, listed on the product page. If you're looking for something specific, feel free to reach out to confirm availability.
3 Can I choose a different fabric for any of the available styles?
Our designs are made using carefully selected fabrics as part of the original concept. We currently only offer each style in its original fabric. For custom enquiries, please contact us directly.
4 Is the pricing in-store the same as online?
Yes. We maintain consistent pricing both online and in-store. Any exceptions, such as event pricing, will be clearly communicated.
5 Can I make changes to the style?
We offer limited modifications for made-to-order and bespoke pieces. Please contact us to discuss what may be possible for your selected style.
6 Can I pay in instalments?
We do not offer instalmental payments directly. However, you can use Shop Pay at checkout online to split your purchase into instalments.
7 What is the lead time?
Our standard lead time is 3–4 weeks for made-to-order pieces. Custom and bridal orders may take longer. We will confirm the exact timeline during your appointment.
8 Do you offer discounts?
