Order Confirmation
- Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

- Once payment is verified, you will receive an official confirmation and estimated delivery timeline.
Pre-Order Production Timeline
- As we operate on a pre-order model, please allow 2-4 weeks for production. Some complex designs may take longer.
- You will be notified when your order is ready to be shipped or collected.
Urgent Orders
- For urgent or time-sensitive orders, kindly email us before making payment to confirm feasibility.
- A rush order fee may apply.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Custom Orders
- No refunds, exchanges, or alterations will be accepted for custom or made-to-measure pieces once confirmed.
- Custom orders include garments created with client-provided measurements, bespoke design changes, or personalised fabric choices.
Non-Custom Orders
- Non-custom (standard size) items may be exchanged or returned for store credit (no cash refunds) within 14 days of dispatch.
- Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In perfect condition with original tags and packaging intact
- We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process

- Clients are responsible for the shipping and safe delivery of returned items.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for an exchange or remake at no additional cost.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from date of issue and is non-transferable.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where we are at fault.
- Abiola Olusola reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time.
